"I believe each human being has the potential to change, to transform one’s own attitude, no matter how difficult the situation" (Tenzin Gyatso)
Together with my teaching and education management career, I have been practicing counselling for 20 years, both in Europe and Canada. My clients present a wide range of emotional and personal problems, from life crisis and bereavement to ADHD, from anxiety and obsessive-compulsiveness to depression.
I am a compassionate, solution-focused therapist. My goal is to create an encouraging, calm and relaxed atmosphere, and to work in respectful collaboration with the client. I will listen to you, I will understand you - and will never judge. I provide ongoing support and practical recommendations to help clients effectively address personal life challenges or cope with stressful situations.
We are going to discover your inner strengths and build on them, gaining valuable insights and finding ways to solve your problems.
Successfully integrating various counselling methodologies and latest techniques, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients.
